Sophie's Cosmic Cafe

Kevin and I had to go pick up my new rainboots so that I could finally be a Vancouverite and he need his skates sharpened so we decided to check out Sophie's. Now, Kevin and I have been meaning to check it out for a few weeks now and the first time we went they were actually closed so, we have both been long awaiting for the moment where we could try out their clubhouses and I was not disappointed.  Oh, and Kevin got a haircut.

The general atmosphere of Sophie's is really unique. It's like stepping into Pee Wee Herman's house. They have stuff everywhere. Trophies, signs, statues, everything so, it gives you a lot to look at. 

Here it is. The sandwich we've all been waiting for. I would give the club a solid 7.5/10. The only reason I'm not giving it more is because there definitely could have been a bit more turkey because I mostly tasted lettuce and bacon.
The fries though were definitely a 10/10 even though Kevin didn't like that. He doesn't know what real fries are though.

The coffee too was one of the best I've had.

Obviously, we had dessert because who doesn't go to a place like that and not order dessert like this?

Apple Pie A LA MODE. 

However, we were disappoint. 

I mean, it looks delicious doesn't it? But, too much cinnamon and not enough apple-y goodness. The ice cream was yummy though. 

Would I go back? Of course, the staff were friendly, the food was good, the coffee was great but next time we'll order a banana split for dessert.
